Precautions for use of pneumatic brake

1. Safety cover with good ventilation or other safety measures.

2. The pneumatic brake must be used within the allowable coupling and braking workload. In the process of operation, if the allowable connecting brake workload is exceeded, the heating will increase, the friction surface will become red and hot, and excessive heating is likely to cause fire. In addition, it will also directly affect the performance of the pneumatic brake, so please be sure to use it within the allowable brake connection.

3. Do not increase the number of revolutions without permission by exceeding the allowable number of revolutions.

If it is used beyond the allowable rotation number, the vibration will become larger. Depending on the situation, it may be damaged, flying and other very dangerous conditions. Please be sure to use under the allowable rotation number and set the protective cover.

4. The friction plate used shall not be stained with water or grease, otherwise the torque or working performance will be affected.

5. Before installing the pneumatic brake, confirm the surrounding environment, such as places with moisture, oil, dust, vibration and impact, and high humidity environment, which will directly affect the service life and performance of the pneumatic brake.

6. For the position of brake assembly, balance the shaft with braking force and driving force as much as possible.

7. The air port of the air oil pneumatic brake shall be located above the brake body to facilitate air discharge.

8. The supercharger and oil pressure source should be higher than the brake, and the closer to the brake, the better.

9. The brake disc shall be installed at the center of the brake chuck. The deviation shall be less than 0.2mm, preferably. The amplitude of the brake disc shall be controlled within 0.1mm.

10. Before using the air brake, the air in the brake body should be completely discharged, the bolts at the exhaust port should be loosened, and a transparent rubber tube should be put on.
